Welcome to Phuket Transfer (phukettransfer24.com). By booking a transfer through our website, WhatsApp, or Telegram, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or Telegram. Prices are fixed and include all tolls and highway fees. Payment is made directly to the driver in Thai Baht (THB) upon completion of the transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 4 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

3. Flight Delays

We track your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time at no additional charge. For delays exceeding 3 hours, we may reschedule the pickup by mutual agreement.

4. Luggage & Passengers

Standard (Hyundai H-1): up to 10 passengers with carry-on luggage or 7 passengers with full-size suitcases. VIP (Toyota Alphard): up to 5 passengers with luggage. Oversized or excess luggage must be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Liability

All our vehicles are fully insured. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure events. In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide an alternative vehicle at no extra cost.
